Nick will be talking for the first time about his early food influences from his upbringing at Lochend to the original chefs in his life- his Mum and Grandma. The only place to hear about Mrs Nairn’s pancakes with raspberry jam, and Grandma Nairn’s scones, bring the Mum in your life for a unique experience, and why not treat her to a delicious lunch at Nick's at Port of Menteith afterwards.
