An Evening With Nick and Gusbourne
Friday 17th November

We are thrilled to invite you to our Gusbourne and Nairn's tasting evening on the 17th of November. Gusbourne produce some of the best sparkling wines there is to offer and this is your chance to get a taste alongside a five-course menu designed by Nick Nairn himself.

At £105 pp, each course will include an expertly coupled glass of Gusbourne by Master Sommelier and Gusbourne Global Ambassador Laura Rhys. 
Laura won the prestigious UK Sommelier of the Year in 2009  and achieved Master Sommelier status from the Court of Master Sommeliers – an honor achieved by only 273 individuals worldwide since its founding in 1969. Laura will share her knowledge of the unique blending technique that sets
Gusbourne’ s wines apart from the rest. This dining experience will be a special one; Nairn's are one of very few who stock Gusbourne in Scotland so why not broaden your palate to the very best there is. Spaces for this night are limited so move quick to secure your place.

A taste of Scotland's finest - Game and Flame 
Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November.

Cai ap Bryn and his team at Game and Flame are at the forefront of the outdoor cooking experience and will be leading a real spectacle on Henderson Street. This is the perfect occasion to immerse yourself in some of Scotland's finest game larder which will cooked on open flames for you in this unique experience at our home in Bridge of Allan. A special a la carte menu designed by Cai and the chefs at Nairn's will be showcased for just one weekend.
