Nick and Paul started to develop our pizza product in Aberdeen way back in 2016. Paul came to us with a wealth of experience, together he and Nick combined skills in a relentless pursuit to create the perfect pizza.
Our pizza has a thinner, crispier base, the dough is proved for 72 hours and hand stretched, not a rolling pin in sight, to achieve an authentic Roma style base.
We use only the finest ingredients; Italian flour, premium Salsciccia, Mutti San Marzano tomatoes, Calabrian N’duja, Fior Di latte mozzarella and the finest Grana Padana. We simply won’t compromise on quality.
Many people tell us it’s the best pizza they’ve ever tasted. Many liken it to pizza they’ve tasted in Italy. But we’ll let you decide.
We serve Paul’s infamous pizza here at Nick’s at Port of Menteith, all day Thursday – Sunday.
