The 23rd of May will see nations favourite resident This Morning chef Phil Vickery join us.   Phil’s early career saw him follow in Gary Rhodes footsteps as head chef at The Castle Hotel, Taunton, where he gained and retained a Michelin star for four consecutive years. 

Nick and Phil became great  friends on the set of Ready Steady Cook way back in the nineties, not only do they share a passion for  top quality produce, they both enjoy great outdoors as well.

Having written an impressive seventeen cook books Phil is one of the UK’s leading experts on wild game cookery- and an extraordinarily talented pastry chef.

Join us on the 23rd of May for a 5 course tasting inspired by the best of Scottish food, including hand dived Orkney scallop and some of our iconic polly tunnel herbs, a beautiful stuffed saddle of Roe deer and pomme dauphine, finished with Phil’s classic custard tart.
