Renowned fishmonger and restaurateur Willie Little will join Nick in the kitchen to run a series of short fish and shell fish masterclasses and demonstrations over the course of the weekend. The duo will share their wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks. Come along and enjoy the entertainment, no need to reserve a seat.
In addition, a pop-up fish market will operate over the weekend allowing guests the opportunity to purchase the freshest of produce and replicate new found skills at home
