👨‍🍳 Nick’s Demo’s: “Nick’s Perfect Christmas Canapés for the party season!” Forget that brown deep fried supermarket stuff, we’ll show you how to create impressive canapés to blow your guests socks off! Demonstrations will take place at:

Vouchers available in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100! These are available to use in The Cook School (when it re-opens), the Nick Nairn Shop and Nick's at Port of Menteith the restaurant! After an astonishingly successful launch of our acclaimed Gusbourne Express weekends, we released additional dates!! Friday 10th December and Saturday 11th December. Incredibly, these new dates are filling up fast! Just a reminder, the Friday evenings you can hop on the bus in Bridge of Allan or Stirling for £7.50 return which includes a complimentary glass of Gusbourne. We whisk you up here to Port of Menteith where you can enjoy the Nick's menu accompanied by an acoustic live music! On the Saturday evenings we offer a five course tasting menu for £65 (bus travel included)
